Judges to Host the First Saturday Expungement Court at First Baptist Church of Madisonville

On April 21st, 10th Judicial District judges and court clerks with the help of Vet-to-Vet, the UT Legal Clinic, pro bono attorneys, and community volunteers will host its first ever Saturday Expungement Clinic at the First Baptist Church of Madisonville from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

The Saturday Expungement Clinic will help people review their criminal records and determine whether charges can be removed and old court costs waived.  Any resident of Bradley, McMinn, Monroe and Polk Counties with criminal charges in these counties can be eligible for free legal help.  But the Saturday Clinic requires pre-registration by calling the UT Legal Clinic Expungement Hotline at 865-974-6775 by Tuesday, April 10thDownload 10th Judicial District Expungement Flyer

  1. Will a 1st dui be expunged. I’m a honorable discharged veteran. I made a very stupid mistake . It was October 12th, 2012.
