On October 23, 2019 at the Monroe County Veterans Court (MCVC), 83 year old Army Veteran, James Garren graduated with honors. This is the seventh justice involved veteran (JIV) that graduated from the Monroe County Veterans Court this year. The courtroom was filled with tears, joy and gratitude .
