During East Tennessee Military Affairs Council’s (ETMAC) first meeting of 2017, Freddie Owens, Knoxville Regional Mental Health Council Co-Chairman and Vet to Vet Tennessee President was nominated and approved as one of the new Board members of ETMAC for a three year term.
