The United Veterans Council of East Tennessee organized over 100 volunteers at 21 locations and raised $32,000 and collected 500 flags for retirement….
…..on the way to honoring 18,000 men and women veterans, their families and creating a Knoxville holiday tradition!
Vet to Vet Tennessee partnered with the United Veterans Council and Maryville Food City at Broadway and collected $3,367.00 We would like to thank Food City Manager Joe McCauley and the Vet to Vet TN (VTVT) volunteers Sheryn & Don Davis, Michelle & Steven Lundy and daughter Jennie,, Jackie Powell, Martina Junod, and Pat Junod and Ed Junod for their time during the Flag Day weekend.
