On October 9, 2024, Vet to Vet Tennessee President Randall Scott announced that he was retiring as President of VTVT effective October 30, 2024. Randall has spent over 10 years as a volunteer, mentor, mentor coordinator, Vice President and Vice President. Randall will continue with his Veterans Court duties with VTVT. Thank you Randall, for continuing to serve and sacrfice for our veterans and their families.
Nominations were accepted on October 23, 2024 and two nominees were submitted. Retired USMC Sergeant Major Jamey Sands was overwhelmily elected as the fourth VTVT President which takes effect on October 31, 2024. Jamey has been with VTVT for over two years as volunteer, mentor, mentor coordinator, and Vice President. His term is three years.
We are honored to have Jamey as our New President. Semper Fi Jamey.
