“There is hope and help,” is the message on Wednesday at the Robert “Bob” Hatley Veterans Service Center in Madisonville, TN, Mayor Mitch Ingram issuing a proclamation designating September as Suicide Prevention Awareness Month in Monroe County and emphasizing partnerships with organizations working to limit self-harm and its impact on Veterans, families, and communities.
