The Council’s VA’s report card was approved by the Knoxville Regional Veterans Mental Health Council on July 22, 2015 and was submitted to VISN 9 on July 24, 2015. The report card and list of accomplishments helped our Council to create and produce our one year Department of Veterans Affairs’ report card. After working with VISN 9 Network Director John Patrick, the Council’s VA grade rose from a dismal “F” to a “B” in one year!
