Individual Counseling: One-on-one counseling is available for the variety of personal concerns that often result following military service (e.g., depression, anxiety, irritability). This includes evidence based therapy, including cognitive processing therapy and prolonged exposure, for PTSD.
Family and Couples Counseling: Couples counseling is available for married or unmarried veterans and their partners.
Tele-Mental Health Counseling: We have some availability for psychotherapy using videoconferencing. Often these visits are available sooner than others, and can provide relief for anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma.
Residential / Intensive PTSD Programs: If you have PTSD, have pursued outpatient treatment, and need a more intensive program, discuss with your mental health provider. We can assess fit, coordinate screening, and help with applications.
Mental Health Intensive Case Management: An intensive outreach program for veterans with multiple psychiatric hospitalizations and difficulty living safely in the community due to a severe and chronic mental illness.
