August 15, 2017 Enrolling a Veteran and/or family members is as simple as asking a VA provider to enter a Chaplain CVT Telehealth Consult request or calling the VA Chaplain Service directly at 423-926-1171, ext. 2485. The after-hours and weekend On-Call Chaplain is available by calling 423-926-117 ext. 7508 after 4:00PM.
