My first visit to the web site and as a member of VVA 1078 I think it may be helpful to have a welcome to those who may find the site thru an internet search like google. Perhaps an invitation to a meeting with a list of meeting dates, times and location for the meetings. If the info is there and I missed it—sorry. Thanks, Jim
Thanks Jim for your comments. As a result of you comments we have added a calendar of events button on the home page. Please review the change and see if it is helpful.

The veterans parade today the 11th of November, was better than last year.. The crowd seemed larger and appreciative of what we stood for..
Encouraged and honored that you found the website useful. This is only possible with the support from you and your VVA Chapter 1078 and others The support is unmeasurable. “All we can do is help”
Very good post. I will be experiencing some of these issues as well..
Welcome home Lewis. Is there anything we can do to help you? Please call at 865-336-2624.
Have a lot of new hardcover novels I intended to donate to Veteran Homes. Have been told no room at various homes. Any suggestions as to any veterans organization(s) that would accept them. I am a Vietnam veteran. Thank you for your time.
Please add me to your e-mail list so I can keep up with what is happening with VVA Chapter #1078.
Good afternoon David. Thanks for your service and sacrifice and thanks for your interest. We have added you to our distribution list and proud to have you on board. As you know, we are very active and much to update regularly and therefore tried to cut back on the number of emails. We suggest you view our Facebook or website post for the latest information. Please let us know if our response was helpful and/or if you need further assistance. Welcome home. Ed Junod
